I went to the night market last night. It’s one of my favourite places to shop because everything is so cheap. The night market is only open during the summer each year.
I bought eight One Piece posters for $5.
There was a deal for socks: 10 pairs for $10. I split the money with a friend so we got five pairs each. I chose 2PM socks because I like them a lot. 2PM is a Korean pop boy band.
Here are two things that keep me organized. The first is a Cash Book. I write down the things I buy and its price so I can see where my money has gone. I don’t record food or drinks because that would be too much work. I’ve spent a lot of money this month….. It’s good to have this because now I know to calm down on the shopping LOL. This was $2 at Daiso.
The second item is a small notebook. This is where I write down my schedule every week for work, volunteer, and hangouts with friends and family. I chose this to be my planner because of its small size so I can carry it in my purse or bag. A regular agenda would work too. I also write my next episode number in here for my shows.
Today I went to a Japanese restaurant and ate udon. Then I shared this with a friend. It’s mochi with an ice cream filling. It was $5 for these three flavours. If you split the money with a friend, I think it’s a good price.
The flavours were black sesame, mango, and green tea.
I just wanted to thank my friend, Carmen, for making my headband for me. I would also like to thank my friends for coming with me to the Japanese festival. I couldn’t get a wig on time but that’s okay!
I had fun! I also learned that I could never and would never make a Facebook Page for myself. I’m not a big social media person after all. In the end, staying home watching “Case Closed” while eating vanilla ice cream is the best.
So I cosplayed as Haruhi Suzumiya from the anime, “The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.” I bought this figure and it was really cheap for $8. I say it was really cheap because it comes with two other faces (you can change them), and different arms and fingers. You can customize her in several ways.
I’m missing a yellow headband with ribbons and a wig, but I have the shoes. The strawberry in the first photo is just my cell phone keychain.
I’m going to a Japanese festival event in a couple of days and I might not be able to get everything on time. For now, I can be a school girl at North High!
