Dinner with Moya (Again)

I met up with Moya not too long ago (Click here for the post), and I recently saw her again. We had dinner, and I went to her place afterward for a nice chat.

I only know Moya because of blogging. We went to the same university, but we majored in different fields. I saw Moya on the bus to school a few times, but that was it. If not for blogging, we would have just been strangers on the bus. Interesting, right?

My Week in Pictures 3

It’s been a couple of years since my last Week in Pictures post.

For those of you wondering, yes, I am double vaccinated. Masks are not required indoors or outdoors in BC, Canada. I still wear masks when I go out (minus restaurants and secluded areas). I actually double mask and avoid places where there are a lot of people.

I loved the mango roll and aburi sushi. Everything was so fresh.

I got the Original pork loin and tried a bit of my friend’s Double Cheese pork loin. The portions were huge and the meat was crispy.

I finally got a hair cut! Just in time for the current heat wave, too.

My Spotify Wrapped 2020

Another year, another music update. I’ll say this again: Spotify does not have all of the music I like.

The last one is Bai Yu. Spotify only has a few of his songs. Joker Xue, Jay Chou, and JJ Lin are still on the list but their rankings have changed.

Three of the five are from The Untamed soundtrack, hahaha. The fourth singer is Zhou Shen. All of these songs are in Chinese.

It says I’ve listened to Spotify for 33k minutes this year, which is close to my 2018 and 2019 numbers. If we add other music, I’m guessing the true number is around 40-45k minutes.

A question for bloggers: Do you ever feel like some of your posts fade into irrelevancy as you keep putting out new posts? That they get buried deep in the archives? I guess this question applies for bloggers that frequently post.

I have over 550 posts. Maybe you can think of a few of my posts on the top of your head, but I’m guessing they’re the more recent ones. I won’t blog any less because of this, though.

I’m watching Yuukoku no Moriarty, Maoujou de Oyasumi, Jujutsu Kaisen, Hypnosis Mic, Scumbag System (donghua), Mo Dao Zu Shi Q (donghua), Wan Sheng Jie 2 (donghua), Love By Chance 2 (Thai drama), and Guardian (Chinese drama). They are currently airing except for Guardian.

I feel so impatient sometimes with airing shows but we gotta be patient! QQ
