Daiso Mini Haul

What is Daiso?

It’s a store that sells the stuff you see at a regular dollar store, except everything is two dollars (unless stated otherwise). Plus, everything is cute and some things aren’t practical but you buy them anyways because they’re cute. I think Daiso sells a lot more items than dollar stores, and it’s Japanese.

  • two notebooks for summer school ($2 each)
  • white gloves and black bow tie for cosplay ($2 each)
  • clear container ($2)
  • jar (secret) ($3)

The container is perfect for holding the different parts of my Haruhi nendo. I like that it’s clear because I can see through the cover without opening the container. If I get more nendoroids in the future, I can fill up this container.

I’m going to fill my jar with something exciting in the future, but that will be for a different post.

rip I haven’t drawn in so long that my tablet is gathering dust. *sweats* I can’t wait for the term to be over so I can relax for two weeks… then start summer school. ;__;

I am an adult woman who dresses up as girl characters (and sometimes as boys), plays with toys, is a fujoshi, and is in love with 2D boys. I also have no desire to change. ^^

Haruhi Suzumiya: Nendoroid Review

Pros: cute faces and props, allows different actions (for example, holding the speaker or pointing to her face as she sticks her tongue out, etc.)

Cons: huge, heavy head which makes it difficult to move without something coming off ;_;

I feel like Haruhi Suzumiya is a classic nendoroid to have in the anime fan’s room. Overall, I sincerely don’t recommend buying this if you’re going to pay $40 or so. I got mine for $8 at a Japanese festival so I have no regrets. If you have money to spend on nendoroids, get one with a smaller head.
