Tea Time

I wore my new dress and hair piece for the first time. ^_^ I went to Pâtisserie Für Elise again.

This last photo is from my friend’s Halloween tea party. I brought tea that I had bought specifically for tea parties, and it was so lovely to drink it with friends for the first time. It tasted great with milk.

I want to build my collection of teapots, cups, towers, and more so I can host my own tea parties one day. I just love the vibe, and I feel like this is where I belong. ^_^

  1. That’s a lovely setup! I think building your own tea equipment collection so that you can host tea parties is a great idea! It’d be a wonderful way to spend time with friends, and to express your creativity in a different way. In fact, I’d like to have a home coffee bar and a home bar-bar for the same reason: I’d love to be able to make great coffee and other types of drinks for friends.

    • It’s good to hear from you, Josh! It has been a long time. You know, I’ve only had two people come over to my place. I’m very private about that, but part of it is because I am dissatisfied with how my place currently looks. Having a collection would help with that, I think! A home coffee bar sounds like a super cool idea. Hope it becomes a reality for you one day.

      • Yes, it has been a long time! It’s been a difficult two years for me, but I’m ready to start blogging again.

Having a tea collection would give you something to show off and share with people, so it would probably give you more of a reason to invite people over. One other thing to keep in mind is that other people might be less judgmental about how your place looks than you are, just like we tend to be more critical of our appearances than other people. Still, no need to rush!
