Day 2: Favourite Light Moment
I love Light and L’s game of cat and mouse. One of my favourite Light moments is when he created an alibi.
A bit of context: After Light learned that there were surveillance cameras in his house, he remained calm, thought of a way to get Ryuk to search for the cameras, and then came up with an alibi.
Not only did he successfully execute his plan, the way the scene is framed is very interesting. The music is intense. This scene is also known as the infamous “potato chip” scene in Death Note. I feel like people often poke fun at this scene due to how dramatic it is (understandably so) but it’s a great scene.
